The Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window...it's not very sunny out, and not particularly warm, either. Sigh. Fall is here.

I am thinking...that it'll take me forever to get everything done I need to get done - both here at home, and for my client!

I am thankful for...my husband's tests came back negative, and we think we may have found part of the culprit! He was drinking a special blend coffee at work everyday - and it was causing the rapid heart beat. Needless to say, he's not doing that now!

From the kitchen...once again wishing for the kitchen genie! I'm making ziti macaroni and garlic bread, with a salad.

I am wearing...black pants, and a warm, cozy, OLD AS DIRT, pine green cowl neck sweater.

I am reading...just reading our study guide on the Names of God. Haven't had time to find a new book, yet.

I am hoping...that I can figure out why the internet is running so slow so I can make better progress on the Event page I'm working on for my client.

I am creating...the above mentioned Event Page!

I am hearing...nothing! Wow, quiet!

Around the house...finishing laundry, doing dishes, working for client, ...lots of odds and ends.

One of my favorite things... mulled apple cider!

A few plans for the rest of the week...working for my client, cleaning house, running errands - nothing out of the ordinary!

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you..

I probably couldn't duplicate the lighting and glow of this picture if I tried. This is one of my favorite things in the fall and winter, sitting in the living room, listening to Christian music and candles lit throughout the room.

That's good news about your husband's tests.

Nice post.. looks like something fun to write! Makes you aware of your environment and how you're really feeling.
Saw your Fearless link on the side.. our small groups are just starting with that book. Looks to be a good one & I'm looking forward to it. :)

Yes...good results. Wonderful to hear good health news for a change. Pretty pic...you need to start posting large pics....so us old folks can see them better.
